Due to construction, meeting rooms at the Central Library will be unavailable from September 19, 2009 through Spring 2010. |
A paid reservations application may be accepted up to 6 months prior to date requested. Full payment must be received at least seven (7) days in advance of the reserved date(s).
Refunds will not be made unless a notice of cancellation is received by the library no less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date. Refunds may take several weeks to process.
A separate check for a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $35.00 is required if any refreshments are served.
